Adele
Office Manager
Hello, my name is Adele, and I have been with Evans & Reichl Orthodontics for over 30 years. There are no words to express the personal rewards received throughout the years. The relationships formed from treating mothers, fathers, and their children, and then some of the friends referred by these families, is absolutely outstanding. My pride comes in making sure our team runs as smooth as silk, and that our customer service and orthodontics far surpasses our patients’ expectations. My involvement with the communications area of the practice has hopefully made the entire process a positive one for the doctors, staff members, and patients alike. When not working at the office, I enjoy time spent with my husband, Jim, two sons, Shawn and Jeff, my two wonderful daughters-in-law, and the heart of our family, our four fantastic grandsons! Personally, I enjoy reading, gardening, camping, or just relaxing at home.

Susie
Scheduling Coordinator
Hello, I am Susie, your Scheduling Coordinator, and I look forward to speaking with you, whether on the phone or as you enter our doors. I have been working for Evans & Reichl Orthodontics since 1992 and am proud to represent our office to let you know what an amazing experience you will have from beginning to end! My background in orthodontics has included responsibilities such as clinical chairside assisting (certified in 1997) and clinical coordination. Whether I am at the front desk or working behind the scenes, you are promised customer service second to none. Understanding how busy all of us are, I promise to do my very best to accommodate your appointment time needs. My time away from our office is spent mostly with my husband, Greg, daughter, Michelle, son, Mike, or with treasured friends. Personally I enjoy writing, doing artwork, or just listening to the birds. I look forward to seeing you in person or talking with you soon! You just may want to check out other information on our website to learn more about our remarkable office and what makes us so special!

Laurie
Financial Coordinator
Hi, my name is Laurie, and I have been with Evans & Reichl Orthodontics since 1998. The first four and a half years I worked in the capacity of clinical chairside assistant, and then changed my responsibilities to the financial end of the practice. I work hard to make the financial and insurance part of orthodontics as easy as possible for all our patients and their parents. Working with them individually and on a personal level, helps to make this process a positive one for everyone involved. My friends are also my coworkers, and together we have fun doing what we do so well. Much of my free time is spent with my husband, Greg, and twin sons, Zack and Andrew, my neighbors and friends, and last but not least, my two dogs!

Barb
Scheduling & Financial Assistant
Hi, my name is Barb. I have enjoyed my role in scheduling and helping with the financial process at Evans & Reichl Orthodontics since February 2008. I have worked in all aspects of orthodontics, including clinical chairside assistant, laboratory technician, scheduling, insurance, etc. In all my twenty years plus of working in the orthodontic field, this is the most knowledgeable, caring, and fun team I have ever had the pleasure to be a part of. Although we work hard every day and are dedicated to providing nothing short of excellent patient care, we always find time for a laugh or two, which makes it pleasant for both patients and staff. Outside of the office, my husband Phil and I like to garden, and especially taking summer or fall trips up North to our cabin in the woods.

Nancy
Clinical Coordinator
Hello, I am one of two Nancys in the practice, as well as one of two Clinical Coordinators. I have had the pleasure of working in the orthodontic field since 1982. Although I have been doing this for a long time, I continue to be excited for each new patient to begin their treatment with us, and equally amazed on the day their braces are removed. It is so rewarding to know collectively, we have made such a huge change to their smile and self-confidence. I take great personal pleasure in working with my team members, even though I have been known to squirt them with water from time to time (all in fun). If given the opportunity to do it all again, I could never imagine doing anything other than what I am doing right now. My best moments, when outside the office, are spent with my husband, John, and children, Brittany and Michael. I am kept especially busy with my daughter and her horse, Alex, who she shows in open and 4-H shows. Smile! Smile!! Smile!!!

Carrie
Clinical Coordinator
Hi, my name is Carrie, and I am one of our two Clinical Coordinators in our team. My background in orthodontics started in 1995, and then continued on to receiving my Certificate in Orthodontic Assisting in 1997. I welcome the challenge of making sure the days schedule runs on time. In addition to my clinical responsibilities, I also maintain and order most of the clinical supplies used on a daily basis. The best part of my job is having fun with everyone, those I work with and each patient I see for an appointment. Helping to make sure everyones day is a good one is my personal pleasure. In my spare time, I treasure times spent with my husband, Troy, son, Tyler a high school varsity volleyball and basketball player, son Branyan born with Down Syndrome (a future Special Olympics star for sure), and last but not least, daughter Payton who loves to play dress-up. I am also very involved with our family winery business, Vetro Winery, in Concord, Wisconsin.

Jackie
Patient Manager
Hello, my name is Jackie, and I have proudly been in the dental field since August 2000. I received my initial training and radiology experience with the United States Military, and have been involved with orthodontics since 2001. As a clinical orthodontic chairside assistant, I take pride in making sure each and every patient I work with fully understands what we are doing, what their responsibilities are, and to let them know we are all here if they have any questions. Educating is most important in helping adults and children understand why we do what we do, and why they need to cooperate in doing what is asked of them in order to make their treatment progress on schedule. Being able to perform any procedure to the best of my ability is my goal, while at the same time making the patients feel comfortable. My very favorite free time moments are spent with my husband, Bob, and three sons, Marc, Roman, and Seth.

Trisha
Patient Manager
Hello, my name is Trisha and Ive been a clinical chairside assistant with the practice since 2005. I became interested in orthodontics through my Aunt Nancy, who is one of the clinical coordinators in our office. I enjoy working with my hands, interacting with our patients, tracing cephalometric radiographs and witnessing the awesome transformation of our patients smiles. Its a joy to get to know each patient personally as they become a part of our orthodontic family! My free time is spent with my fianc, Matt, our son, Colton, and my family. I enjoy riding my horse, Sooner, four-wheeling, home improvement projects, and spending time with my friends.

Nancy
Patient Manager
Hello! I am one of two Nancys in our office. This Nancy has been in the orthodontic field since 1980 and I have happily been a part of this spectacular team since 2004. I have experience as a clinical chairside assistant and an extensive knowledge in the laboratory portion of orthodontics. I truly enjoy working with our patients and being able to see their smiles transform right before my eyes. Working with our great doctors and this wonderful staff is a benefit beyond measure. I am proud to be married to my husband, Don, and the mother of our son, Jonathan, who attends UW Whitewater, and our daughter, Nikki, a Health and Physical Education teacher at Beaver Dam Middle School with a passion for running. Other than spending time with my family, I love reading, baking, flower gardening, and biking.

Sue
Laboratory Technician Patient Manager
Hello, my name is Sue. I have been with the practice of Evans & Reichl Orthodontics since 1995, so in essence, it has become my second home and family. I enjoy the opportunity to meet all of our newest patients, as it is one of my responsibilities to take the initial imaging, photography, and impressions. I also fabricate many of our retainers and make sure our in-house lab is as organized as can be and able to deliver our handcrafted appliances when needed. I get to use some of my creative energy making all of our contest bulletin boards. Check them out on our web site! My free time is spent with my husband, Ken, our son, Mike, and our daughter, Sara, and her family. Our three young grandsons truly bring sunshine to our lives. I also enjoy working with young girls at my church, walking, biking, and creating handmade greeting cards.

Peggy
Patient Manager & Laboratory Technician
Hi, my name is Peggy. My experiences in the dental field since 1982, have allowed me to proudly work in two areas at Evans & Reichl Orthodontics. Being a clinical chairside assistant allows me to work with patients of all ages adults whose lives are truly enhanced with a great smile, and the children and teens whose lives are also changed forever because of orthodontics. I work hard at making each one of them feel at home and comfortable when coming in for their routine appointments. As laboratory technician, I fabricate most of the functional appliances and retainers, ensuring they meet only the highest of standards. Being part of a caring team in a fun and relaxed atmosphere, wellit just doesnt get much better than that! When not at work, I enjoy spending time with my children; Tyler, Melanie, and Stevie - and the joy of my life, my granddaughter Jayden!

Heidi
Clinical/Office Assistant
Hi, my name is Heidi, and I am fortunate to have become a member of this outstanding team in August 2008. My responsibilities are many, including instrument sterilization, assisting the clinical chairside assistants, filing, computer reports, etc. I am retired from the United States Air Force, where I worked in the Logistics and Command Post fields. My pride then, as it is now, is doing the very best I can do in all areas to help make sure everything runs smoothly. I take personal pride in being able to help out in so many areas of our office, whether clinical or clerical. My coworkers have become my second family and I love the support we give to one another. I spend all of my free time with my young son, Michael. Michael is legally blind, and we are involved in many activities with the Blind Outdoor Leisure Development Organization (BOLD). Together, we love downhill skiing, swimming, Brewer games, gardening, and anything done outdoors! He is the love of my life! Volunteering to those with special needs is also close to my heart.

Ken
Sterilization
Hi, my name is Ken, and I am very happy to be a member of Evans & Reichl Orthodontics. I am currently in the retirement years of my life. However, even though chores at home, golfing, playing piano, and times spent with family and friends fill much of my days, nothing makes you feel younger or more useful than to fill your hours doing something that you enjoy. I have found just that working here on a part-time basis. My primary focus is instrument sterilization. I couldnt work with a greater group of people, and I am so proud to know in my own way, I am making a contribution to the fantastic smiles being created here.
