Finally, a contest for adults!
Our previous contests have all been targeted toward the children. This contest is for the adults; although, children are welcome to participate. The individual or family who refers the greatest number of patients who start orthodontic treatment or sign a contract committing to orthodontic treatment before the end of 2011, will be the winner of our contest. Please remind those you are referring to write your name on their registration form. The highest compliment you can give us, is to refer others you know for treatment. It is your way of letting us and others know our orthodontic care is exceptional.

CONTESTS or DRAWINGS
Periodic contests or drawings are offered for patients at all locations throughout the year. Various themes
make it exciting and interesting for everyone, and include prizes, such as gift certificates, passes, etc.
Past contests have included the following. Who knows what our next contest will be!!!
- "There's NO DAY Like a SNOW DAY!!"
Tell us what your favorite "snowy day" activity is, inside or outside, and enter it in our drawing to win a gift certificate to either Best Buy or Toys R Us. - "Do You Love Winter?"
Take a "snowball" entry form and tell us why you love winter. Winners will win tickets to the Pettit National Ice Center Skating Rink. - "Welcome Spring!!"
Sign a flower petal to help decorate our entry hall and get a chance to win tickets to take a friend to play mini-golf and to go out for ice cream. - "United We're Braced"
Ask for an entry to become part of our United States Flag, and enter our drawing for tickets to the Milwaukee Zoo. - "Look Out Summer, Here We Come!!!"
Send us a postcard and let us know where you have visited. All entries will be eligible for a drawing for one of two sets of tickets for a pre-season Green Bay Packer Game at Lambeau Field. - "Welcome Back - To School - To Fall!!!
Using chalk and your best printing, please write your first and last name on the chalkboard. Every two weeks we will choose one name to receive some movie passes to Marcus Theaters. - "Around the Block or Around the World???"
Take a flyer with an attached mailing label on vacation with you. Send us a postcard from wherever you go and tell us what fun you are having! Prizes will be awarded at the end of the summer to the funniest, the prettiest and the furthest away - plus a few random cards drawn. Each winner will receive a $20.00 gift certificate to LeDucs Frozen Custard! - "Brush, Floss, Fluoride - Your Best Friend Forever!!"
Enter our spring contest by signing your first and last name and the first name only of your best friend. Each contest winner will receive a dental gift pack and a $20.00 gift card to Culvers. - "Is Your Mom Special?"
